The scammer claims they have hacked the victim's device and taken compromising video of the victim. The scammer threatens that if the victim does not pay, the scammer will post the video. The scammer has not hacked the victim's device nor do they have compromising video of the victim. The victim's password was likely found in a credential dump and used to craft the phishing email.
